Sure superhero SUNMAN is small right now - just starting out. But look ahead into the near future. Think of all the associations that apply to a fun charismatic fresh new superhero character by the name of SUNMAN .

What Superhero Sunman Entertainment Enterprises* ( SSEE ) and myself , the originator and rights owner of SUNMAN - registered copyright and registered Trademark in Canada ( for a number of wares including film, TV, and comic books ), current allowed TM use in the U.S. - is looking for in terms of the licensing of the name Sunman with respect to the goods or services of U.S. based and owned companies ONLY ( just right now ) is:
to license the use of the name Sunman, as linked in association to my original character Sunman, and/or the fictional world of Sunman which includes the back story ( pre superhero ) world of superhero Sunman , with respect to compatiable type of products or services which do not infringe on my trademark ownership and control of the trademark and copyright character and name use of Sunman. In other words, limited licensing. Initially most desired would be licensing of products or services that are not in the core product environment of Sunman namely not goods like movies, TV, comics, novels, figures, games, etc. though something in the media realm like an individual Sunman thematically based ( promotional ) song could be licensed ( with respect to that particular song only - not unlimited use of the name Sunman for other songs etc.) . Rather instead favorable would be products or services perhaps associable with say fun in the sun : sunglasses, sneaks, snacks, chocolate bars ( a whole new bar & brand name could be created, with this brand name tying, in part, into the Sunman brand name ) cereals, T-shirts, shorts, sporting items, and so on. I'm willing to field your inquiries though about all licensing possibilities.
( * Note that my intention is to as soon as possible covert Superhero Sunman Entertainment Enterprises into a Limited Liability Company. )
