RTC Head Quarters Shown on above link is a rudimentary prototype , but you'll get the general idea . BUT there are major contextual and intellectual underlining meanings and significance to this design . Just saying the structure shown is to be further designed and enhanced ! Note re the Question >> Deckard - Replicant or not a Replicant ?? Despite recent attributions that Deck is a Replicant , MY spec screenplay Requiem of a Blade Runner deals with this issue as on open question ( that is , the public is definitely very much still in the speculative dark about this ) - and comes it's to own contextual conclusion consistant to the initial movie , the novel it's based on , and my capping off concluding spec Sequel screenplay . So the question doth live on !
