Note a PBS special about the SUN was on recently ( May 2000 ) . On WGBH [ BOSTON , U.S. ] > 'GBH channels 2 and 44 . Repeat broadcasts have run their course . But here's some info about it :
PBS has the 1 hour or so long show available for sale . Show's name is SOLAR BLAST . SOLAR BLAST provides some interesting info , lore , background and science , about the ever changing Sun and it's past and present affects here on Earth .

Here's a freebie idea / challenge for any brilliant types : A web site that " maps " the world wide web like a road map - graphically displays like ( top , best , most visited , second , third tier , etc. , ) particular subject area sites , so one can see , and visually travel the landscape of , at a glance , the various sites , of a similar nature - for example web movie content sites , or major news magazines ( and subcategories like by coverage area ) , whatever .
