Okay .. summer's gone but the SKY's only just begun to shine ! A young SKY at play , as clipped and modified from the Sunman prequel comic book issue number one .

Okay it's the same image as last week's but I'll leave it be in tribute to Nasa's 100th flight up into space of the space shuttle as due to fly later on in the next upcoming week . PS : Sky's arms aren't really that long and skinny !! Hey , he's not the " elastic man " . Can we get someone who can draw in here ! Just joking around ..... . CK .

COUNTUP : Twenty-fifth ( #25 ) week closer ( to SUN , OCT. 1st / 2000 )

THIS WEEK :

Still Sun-Bouncing , setting up for the hoop jump shot ( trying to get more hip hop with it ) :

Added some more web site memory space so I can expand the features on the site .

Should get a look at the new " SUNMAN - Debut 2000 " design image T-shirt sample next ( the upcoming ) week - it's on order .

Tinkered with the first few pages of the online Sunman prequel comic book issue number one - if you're been there before , go take a another look to see these changes . This will be an ongoing process as I run back and forth over this while I'm meanwhile putting together the complementary , more extensive telling of the story , novel of this prequel time period in Sunman's world .

Speaking of which - the debut Sunman label novel " Before Sunman - there was only SKY " has begun taking shape , and you can see it in progress online - see home page .

Should be opportunity later on the next week to discuss my plans to create a preliminary trailer for Sunman , which I intend to have digitalized into a downloadable file ( size ) that will be available for download from the website . One plan is to get a digital camera sponsor for this trailor - in exchange for the use of this ( hopefully on the leading edge ) camera on the shoot , the camera itself could be profiled on my site in exchange .

Heck .. could even do a " making of " doing the trailer .... .

Potential sponsors should nate that if they might like to look at supporting this effert , that such a trailer could have short sponsor advertisements , and bits , attached to it . Or alternatively , these advertisements ( time on digi-film ) could be purchased . As the trailer , and / or future revisions , or new versions , is likely to be on my site for a long while , for instance well into the period of time when the site begins to really " take off " , this is something to be considered .

Was looking over some extra pixs to see who had the right look to play parts in this trailer . It would feature bits of scenes from the prequil comic book one , but as well have a few first glimpse bits from my feature movie debut screenplay . The actors in this trailer would be very loose representives , stand-ins if you will , of the actors and " stars " who would eventually be auditioned or chosen to play the parts . As well the trailer overall very loosely an indication of the movie - a camp fun type of take on it . Could be akin to a hybred between a Trailer Park type of production and a bonna fide one . The trailer would be just something to give you some prior vibe id about the intended wide release feature film movie project .

In addition to the trailer , I've plans to put together a music video featuring a " theme " song for Sunman .

Just waiting on getting a better set-up arrangement before extensively tackling the next prequel comic book issue . This is a bit of a more involved task as I have to mesh the initial prequel issue number one , with the later elements of the Sunman story as found in my current screenplay for the debut origin movie . Meanwhile , while I'm working on the novel form of the prequel issue one , I'll be " seeing " in the process just how how the loose strands hanging from both sides of the gap between begin to fuse together seamlessly ( I know the general flow and story between them , just need to nail down the exact details of this fusion ) , including the extra more extensive background content to ensue from the novel . It's a good idea to do the novel first , so that the next prequel comic book can be fully integrated into the series given prior exposure to this extra depth of background material , which will include for instance additional new characters .

Like to take the whole thing down California way , and set-up the process of adding new material from there , including video and trailer shoots , but this transition needs yet to be worked out and enabled .

Some highlights from last week's news :

Site moved up to the front page of the web site listings on YAHOO for a web search using the key word " sunman " -as indicated by the update on the front page .

Came up with a new concept for SSEE - Superhero Sunman Entertainment Enterprises : the concept of a E-tainment " FUSION " web portal . The extra mem space mentioned above will help enable initial implementation of this concept once I further evolve this concept , and begin to try out elements of this on the site . Stay tuned .

If you will post my available sunman banner on your site ( see bottom of the home page ) , it'll help me promote my site , and the Sunman movie project .

Question of the week :

The Empire State building was built in a year . Can a feature film be built in less time ? Given the possibility for a remake , or updated , revamped , re-release version afterwards . Think parallel .
