COUNTUP : Sixteenth ( #16 ) WEEK CLOSER ( to SUN. , JULY 30 / 2000 )
THIS WEEK :
Have a sense of sun about yourself , would you !
Reach up and touch the fun , like bouncing on the sun .
This past week :
Stepped up the promotional aspects of the movie project . Trying to get the message out . Expect more to come in future days . Sorry about all the hoopla - a neccessary element right now .
Whereas last week , I placed a SUNMAN banner ...
( You can place the SUNMAN BANNER on your site too . SEE bottom of the home page )
... on some pages of the company Total Escape's web site , where refreshingly unique California lodgings and activities can be found ( http://www.superherosunman.com/smbanner.htm . ) this week I added some items to this site . So as to project the future excitement that's to be expected to surround the SUNMAN feature movie project . A link was added to the bottom of the home page to access this material - material which also ascribes some features to be found in the debut motion picture . You can access this material also from HERE . Some of this material should be noted is directed for potential collaborators who might wish to become involved with this project .
I continued the process towards preparing for sale from my web site T-shirts with SUNMAN DEBUT 2000 related art work with an outside company . I should know by next week how this will all fall out .
To be looked at is an overhaul of the current site- I'm well aware of many of the drawbacks of the current site as is . Time .. ( said like Blade Runner's ROY Baten in awed , odd , bemusement at the shortness of it - so many things to do in such a limited short time ) .
Modified , created and added some additional art pieces to the site - notably one panel that suggests the wondrous allure and aura to be expected with the debut of SUNMAN and beyond to future sagas and evolutions of SUNMAN , in comic book issues and movies .
There's likely more .. but I have to scour the memory banks . Oh , yes , one thing , looked briefly at the Stephen King self publishing matter . Might be one type of way to go .

LAST WEEK FLASHBACK ( carryovers from last weeks ) / below this some SUNMAN humor :
The SUNMAN PREQUEL TWO online comic book ( SM:P2 / Where there's SKY there's ... . ) is in a temporary holding pattern ( see why in last week's news ) .
For a totally unofficial SUNMAN PREQUEL theme song of say for AUGUST 2000 , consider Sonique's new song ( on her most recently released CD ) .. : ( as appropriately called ) SKY .
An again non official , general thematic song would be something like Sting's BRAND NEW DAY - in terms of the gaal of bringing into the popular culture a refreshing new ( like a new day ) take and departure , " vib " , on the super hero themes , worlds , natures , movie realms , underlying philosophies , style , energies , creative franchise limitations etc. , of recent times ( many of these routed in past Gothic times ) .
One thing to be focused on is putting down some lyrics for possible preliminary theme songs . To which I've some ideas , and hen scratches . As well .. the vid .

Current news flash - the Russian built Zvezda living quarters module of the International Space Station is now joined together with the rest of the station .
Jenna is booted from Rattana .
Here's a gift design idea - how about JENNA POWER T-shirts . She seemed among the cream of the crop on Survivor Island . ( Not to mention the ubiquitous : Jenna rules .. ) . Even if unusually well fed , wine and dined there , hah ! And here's thumbs down for competing networks trying to spoil the drama by uncovering and revealing the final two survivors . Now where's the real meat and potatoes , need to know in the public's well being , investigative reporting , huhn ?? Have a sense of sun about yourself , would you ! As to Sean ... , WHAAT'S UP.. , with that alphabet stuff ? How about picking straws , and then NOT telling anyone who you picked ?!! At least after survivor , there's always the Campbell Alphabet Soup advertising campaign deal !! Some more spurious SUNMAN humor .
